Client Consultation:
Each new client must have a consultation. We come
to your home to meet you and your pets and discuss contracts and policies at no charge. This visit is vital to make sure
it's a good fit for our service and to allow your pets to become acquainted with your caregiver.
If you chose
to use our services it is suggested that we obtain a house key at this time and tour the areas that the pets will have access
to. We will discuss where the food and treats are located and go over any daily instructions from you at this time. We will
not go into any areas of the home that are not requested. We will also arrange a calling structure so you know the exact times
we arrived and the time we leave.
This is a family owned and operated business and all employees are bonded and
insured. You will have no fears of allowing us access to your home or pets.
Each clients is required to sign a
contract and agreement at the time of reservation. We may also ask that you sign a Vet Release form and a Medication Permission
form in case of emergency.
We will NOT accept services for clients who will not provide a key
for our safety and the safety of your pets.
Payment for Services:
This is due at the time
of consultation for new clients or we will accept 50% at the time of consultation and 50% due on the first days visit.
Existing clients are expected to leave full payment on the first day of scheduled visits depending on what options they
chose for payment (see Hours & Prices page).
Check Return for Non Sufficient Funds:
Any
returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 charge and service will cease until the payment has been received in either cash
or money order. If No Place Like Home Pet Sitters receives more than 2 returned checks, all future payments must be
made in cash or money order.
